We provide non-medical support only. No skilled nursing, no wound care, no injections, and no medication administration — a caregiver may remind someone to take medication, never give it. Where clinical care is needed we say so and refer to a licensed home health agency or the client's physician. Caregivers are screened through Florida level 2 background screening, and we are not an emergency service.
No, and the difference matters. Home health care is clinical and provided by a licensed agency under physician orders. We provide non-medical support: company, meals, housekeeping, errands and transport.
No. They can remind someone it is time and can collect prescriptions, but administering medication is clinical work and outside what we do.
That is the whole point, and we will tell you honestly when cover is needed instead. Consistency is what makes this work.
Yes, through Florida level 2 background screening. Ask us for details, and ask any agency you are considering.
We reply within one business day and can usually assess within a few days. Hospital discharges get prioritised.
Very common. We often start with a short weekly visit framed as company rather than care, and let it grow from there.
